To install a VPN link under FreeBSD you need to install pptp-client from ports:

cd /usr/ports/net/pptpclient

make install clean

then add following lines to your ppp.conf

bizarnet:

 set authname USERNAME
 set authkey PASSWORD
 set timeout 0
 enable pap
 accept pap
 add 217.156.38.5 HISADDR

/etc/ppp/ppp.secret

hsi1 ""
hsi2 ""
hsi3 ""

finaly start your pptp clinet:

/usr/local/sbin/pptp hsi.xanticbroadband.com bizarnet
